01 How do I book a holiday?
If you need assistance or wish to submit a special request (group booking, choice of pitch subject to availability, etc.), please contact the campsite directly by email or telephone. The campsite team will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
02 How to pay for your stay
You may be asked to pay for any firm reservation request:
- a deposit of 25% of the cost of your stay
- where applicable, a handling fee set by the campsite
- cancellation insurance (can only be taken out at the time of booking)
- the balance of the stay must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay. Any booking made less than 30 days before the departure date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
03 How do I track or modify my reservation?
3.1. Follow your stay
Whichever booking method you choose, be sure to read and keep your booking confirmation, which will be sent to you by the campsite via your e-mail address. If you have any problems with your mailbox, please contact the campsite for any recapitulative requests.
3.2. Changes and cancellations
For all requests to modify or cancel your stay, please contact Les Boucaniers campsite (handling fees may apply). If you have taken out cancellation insurance, cancellation procedures will be handled directly by the campsite.
04 How can I give my opinion on my stay at a PARADISE campsite?
If you have booked your stay on www.camping-lesboucaniers.com, you will receive an email a few days after your return from vacation, asking you to fill in an online questionnaire to rate the establishment where you stayed.
If you don’t receive this email, and you’d like to give your opinion, you can ask the campsite where you stayed to send you the online questionnaire by email.
